Once your booking has been confirmed, we will send the payment link to you to pay by your credit card, or we will inform our bank account information to you if you wish to pay by bank transfer.
Golf Bookings
No deposit or pre-payment is required for golf only bookings and payment can be made in Cash or by Visa & MasterCard credits with no additional charges upon arrival in Phuket.
Should you prefer to make payment before your arrival payment can be made securely online with Visa or MasterCard credit cards with no additional charges or by bank transfer.
- For cancellations made more than 1 day before your tee-off reservation we will refund any payment made for that day.
- For cancellations less than 24 hrs before your tee-off reservation or no show, no refund will be made.
Group Golf Bookings (More than 5 golfers)
- For cancellations made more than 3 days before your tee-off reservation we will refund any payment made for that day.
- For cancellations less than 3 days before your tee-off reservation or no show, no refund will be made.
Stay/Play Package Bookings (including Hotel Accommodation)
Details of the individual hotel polices regarding cancellation charges will be sent once all reservations have been confirmed as cancellation policies vary depending on peak, high and low season.
Refunds
The refunds will be paid via Bank Transfer or in person if you pay with us by Cash. The credit card payment will be voided back to your credit card. However, credit card and administration fees will be deducted from the total refundable amount.
